Meet Dr. Carol Worth, Epichem’s new Head of Analytical Services & Quality Manager. Carol is a PhD qualified (Phytochemistry) senior scientist, with multidisciplinary expertise in research and development, drug delivery systems, manufacturing, technical operations, quality assurance and regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical industry both in Australia and overseas.
As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry with a background in training and mentoring, Carol places great emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder consultation. “I love science, I love finding out new things and connecting them up to identify new uses and new concepts,” says Carol.
Away from the lab Carol coaches and mentors gymnasts.
